This prompt tells Lana:

• parties involved

• contract purpose

• business context

The more detailed the prompt, the better the draft.

Good Prompt Example

Create a SaaS subscription agreement between Legitt AI and NASA for a 3-year enterprise CLM deployment including implementation, support, training, and annual subscription billing.

This gives AI richer context.
