Introduction

Traditional contract drafting is often slow and repetitive.

Users typically need to:

  • search for templates

  • select clauses manually

  • customize terms

  • validate legal language

  • ensure compliance

This process can take hours or even days.

Legitt AI transforms contract creation through AI-powered drafting. Using Lana AI, users can generate complete contract drafts using simple natural language instructions.

Instead of manually selecting templates and writing clauses, users can simply describe what they need.

Example:

Create a contract between Legitt AI and NASA for implementation of Legitt AI CLM for NASA.

Lana AI understands the request and generates a structured contract draft automatically.

This dramatically reduces drafting time.

Key Benefits of AI Contract Creation

AI-powered drafting helps users:

  • create contracts faster

  • reduce manual drafting effort

  • maintain standard structure

  • improve legal consistency

  • accelerate business workflows

This is one of the core AI-native capabilities of Legitt AI.
