Introduction

Upload a contract and let Legitt AI analyse it for you: read a plain-language summary, explore clauses, risk, and each party's position, track obligations and alerts, and compare versions over time. This guide follows that upload → summary → analysis → act path.

Common challenges this module solves:

  • missed contractual obligations

  • untracked deliverables and SLAs

  • surprise auto-renewals

  • missed termination notice windows

  • lack of visibility into upcoming renewal dates

  • manual tracking via spreadsheets and reminders

Lana AI automatically extracts obligations and key dates from every contract during drafting, review, and bulk analysis, and surfaces them in a dedicated dashboard.
