Uploading a Custom Playbook

Organizations can upload their own legal playbook.

To configure:

Step 1

Click Playbook

Step 2

Open Manage Playbook

Step 3

Upload playbook document or manually enter rules

Playbooks may include:

• clause guidance

• fallback language

• preferred wording

• negotiation positions

• escalation rules

Example rule:

Liability cap must not exceed 12 months of fees.

Example fallback:

Replace unlimited indemnity with capped indemnity.

This makes AI review organization-specific.
