Introduction

Organizations often manage thousands - or even hundreds of thousands - of contracts spread across folders, drives, email systems, and legacy CLM platforms.

Manually reviewing these contracts is extremely slow and expensive.

Common challenges include:

  • missing metadata

  • unknown renewal dates

  • hidden financial exposure

  • untracked obligations

  • clause deviations

  • poor repository visibility

Legitt AI solves this using Bulk Analysis.

Bulk Analysis allows organizations to upload and analyze contracts at scale using AI.

Lana AI automatically extracts:

  • metadata

  • contract intelligence

  • obligations

  • risks

  • clause deviations

  • financial insights

  • lifecycle milestones

This transforms static contract repositories into searchable, intelligent contract datasets.

Key Benefits

Bulk Analysis helps organizations:

  • build portfolio intelligence

  • revenue leakage analysis

1. Bulk Analysis

Bulk Analysis lets you upload many contracts at once and analyse them as a single portfolio. Upload your files, choose what to extract, then read portfolio-wide insights - value, compliance, lifecycle, and obligations - and export the results. This guide follows that upload → configure → results → export path.

2. Upload Contracts

Before you start: you are on Bulk Analysis, at the upload step.
