To generate a report:

Step 3

Choose fields to include.

Common selectable fields include:

• Start Date

These capture core contract metadata.

Department Features

AI-specific business intelligence fields include:

• Assignability Analysis

• Business Unit

• Department Name

• Term Type

• Signature Status

• Purchased Through GCP

• Execution Validation

• Three Party Agreement

• Clause Deviation Analysis

• Custom Business Rules

These provide contextual analysis.

Optional Reasoning

Users may enable Reason mode.

When enabled, Legitt AI provides:

• why a field was extracted

• clause explanation

• rationale behind AI decisions

This improves transparency and auditability.
