Introduction

The Inbox brings every notification into one place, so you never have to hunt across modules to find out what needs your attention.

Whenever a contract is reviewed, sent for approval, signed, commented on, or flagged for renewal, Legitt AI raises a notification and routes it into your Inbox.

Common challenges this module solves:

  • scattered notifications across email and multiple modules

  • missed approvals, comments, or signature requests

  • no single view of unread activity

  • difficulty tracking which items still need action

Key Benefits

The Inbox helps users:

  • see every notification in one place

  • act on a notification directly, without switching modules

  • track unread activity with a live badge count

  • stay on top of approvals, comments, and signature requests

1. Reviewing Notifications

Before you start: you are on any page in Legitt AI.

  1. A badge on Inbox in the navigation panel shows your unread count.

  2. Click Inbox to open the notifications list.

  3. Open a notification or act on it directly. You are routed to the related contract or task, and the notification is marked as read.

  4. The unread badge updates as you work through the list.

Open the Inbox from the navigation panel - a badge shows your unread count. The Inbox has two parts: the message list on the left, and a detail panel on the right that shows the message you select.

From here you can:

  • Find and open a message by searching or scrolling.

  • Filter the list by what needs your action, where you sit on a document, a date range, or Lana. You click on multiple filters to check pending, approval or review notifications. You can also check notifications by clicking on three dots filter and select date form calendar.
